Music Career
The Brobecks (2002–2013)
Dallon Weekes’ first band was with The Brobecks consisting of mostly people he met from high school as an independant band. One of these friends was Ryan Seaman who was their drummer. This band remained an indie band even though Dallon had recieved many solo signing offers. Their final few songs were unreleased Panic! At the Disco songs that were not used in the album Dallon worked on. The Brobecks disbanded in 2013 after their 11 year run.
Panic! At the Disco (2009-2017)
After the disbandment of The Brobecks Dallon joined Panic! At the Disco as their touring guitarist. In 2012 he was asked to join the band full-time. He then helped produce many albums such as the cover for Vices & Virtues. After his success with that, he wrote most of the songs in the album Too Weird To Live, Too Rare To Die! in 2013. Then in 2015 he was nominated the Best Bassist at the Alternative Press Music Awards. Afterwards, he went back to being a touring only member. He left in 2017 to pursue IDKHow and because of creative differences with Panic!
I Don’t Know How But They Found Me
Weekes had been writing and recording songs while touring with Panic! He realized he did not want to do this band by himself so he asked Ryan Seaman to join as the drummer. They kept this debut a secret for almost a year so the band could gain traction without their famous names attached to it. As of 2023, Ryan Seaman was fired from the band due to lying. Dallon Weekes is now solo on this band and has since signed off with a radio company. IDKHow is kid friendly and features Dallon’s wife and children in a few of the songs.
